1. Who we are

Revido LLC ("Revido", "we", "us") operates the website revido.co. We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch and EU privacy laws.

2. What data we collect

When you visit our marketing site, we may collect: • Page views — which pages you visit, timestamps, and referrer URLs • Device information — browser type, operating system, screen resolution (collected anonymously via HTTP headers) • Session recordings — mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls (only with your explicit consent, with all form inputs masked) • Interaction events — CTA clicks, form submissions, demo requests We do NOT collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information through our analytics. Server-side analytics use a daily-rotating hash of your IP address and user agent — the raw IP is never stored.

3. How we collect data

We use PostHog Cloud EU (hosted in Frankfurt, Germany) as our sole analytics provider. Data is routed through our own domain (revido.co/ingest) — no requests are made to third-party domains. • Before consent: Analytics run in memory-only mode. No cookies are set, no data persists between page loads • After accepting cookies: We set a single first-party cookie (`ph_consent`) and enable localStorage for session continuity and session recordings • After declining cookies: Analytics continue in memory-only mode with no persistent tracking We also capture anonymous page view events server-side (via HTTP headers) for aggregate traffic statistics. This does not use cookies and cannot identify individual users.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for anonymous, aggregate analytics (server-side page view counts, no cookies) • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for cookie-based analytics, session recordings, and any personalized tracking You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your cookies or contacting us.

5. Meta Pixel

When configured, we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) for conversion tracking on our marketing pages. The Meta Pixel tracks page views and may set third-party cookies managed by Meta. It is only loaded when a Pixel ID is configured. Data processed by Meta is subject to Meta’s own privacy policy. You can opt out of Meta’s tracking at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads.

6. Where your data is processed

PostHog analytics data is processed and stored exclusively within the European Union. PostHog Cloud EU operates from Frankfurt, Germany. No PostHog data is transferred outside the EU/EEA. Meta Pixel data may be processed outside the EU under Meta’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. PostHog acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in compliance with GDPR Article 28. The Meta Pixel sends conversion data to Meta Platforms, Inc. under their data processing terms.

8. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Session recordings are retained for 30 days. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you • Rectification — correct inaccurate data • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") • Restriction — limit how we process your data • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@revido.io.
